Speaking Club for Teachers - Разговорный Клуб для преподавателей английского языка и студентов высоких уровней. Каждое занятие клуба основано на уникальных авторских материалах Академического директора BKC-LL Teacher Training Centre - Heather Belgorodtseva (UK) - и затрагивает самые разнообразные темы. Перед каждым занятием участники получают Pre-sessions materials (статьи, посты из блогов, видеоматериалы) от тренера, с которыми необходимо ознакомиться заранее.

Курс проводит Heather Belgorodtseva (UK) - Академический директор Центра подготовки преподавателей ВКС, действующий тренер международных программ Cambridge CELTA и DELTA с опытом работы более 20 лет в качестве Teacher Trainer.

"The speaking club’s primary aim is to allow participants to stretch themselves in spoken English in conversation with other teachers with a high level of English. The club's flipped format will also motivate the participant teachers to read or listen to a range of authentic text types and expand their knowledge of lexis at an advanced/proficiency level.

The flipped format means the trainer provides materials for self-research before the lesson – in this case, these will be materials on the topic of that week’s speaking club, chosen to give participants something to talk about, as well as exposure to high-level English they may wish to incorporate into their own speech. 

All club participants should read and listen to the materials sent prior to the club session and prepare themselves for a successful speaking club experience – noting ideas from the texts they want to explore further, and lexis or other language features they want to find out more about or use in the session.

In the club session, the trainer will answer participants' questions about lexis and language from the text, and for the rest of the time the participants will speak to each other, working in pairs or mini-groups of three, answering questions and discussing the topic from the materials sent before the club. 

There will be two or three speaking tasks per session, and participants will have the opportunity to work in different pairs and mini groups each time.

The trainer will be monitoring, joining the participants in pairs, listening to them, and taking notes on their language for the postponed linguistic feedback, looking at mistakes, good uses of language, or suggestions for alternatives, synonyms or upgrades".

Требования к кандидатам:

• уровень английского языка C1 (Advanced) или C2 (Proficiency) согласно Общеевропейской шкале уровней*.

Отборочная процедура:

• Заполнение формы - заявки.

Во время курса Вы:

• проработаете новую лексику с акцентом на collocations, idioms and phrasal verbs;
• качественно улучшите навык говорения (speaking skills);
  
• пообщаетесь с единомышленниками и коллегами в формате live online;
• погрузитесь в языковую среду под руководством преподавателя - носителя языка;
• зарядитесь мотивацией и хорошим настроением.

Формат курса:

Занятия проходят в Live Online формате на платформе Контур Толк \ Zoom.

Количество человек в группе - 6-10.
